We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, adept at cold calling, and experienced in marketing. You will play a crucial role in driving new business, creating engaging marketing materials, and supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Cold Calling (50%+ of Role):

    • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
    • Effectively communicate our value proposition and manage follow-ups to close deals.
    • Document and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
  • Marketing Materials Creation:

    • Develop and design marketing materials for both internal and external use, including company advertisements and newsletters.
    • Update and create compelling sales emails, presentations, and other promotional content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Industry Research:

    • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
    • Utilize insights gained from research to support sales strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Flexible Work Hours:

    • Adapt to varying work hours as required, including accommodating different time zones when engaging with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Previous marketing experience is required; sales or cold calling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:

    • Strong technical proficiency with various software and tools related to sales and marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to create engaging content and presentations.
    • Comfortable performing industry research and applying findings to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
