Job Description

You have a great personality! You will therefore win over our customers by providing a service that is tailored to their individual needs and requirements. Your duties will also include the following:

  • Telemarketing, especially conducting initial and follow-up phone calls
  • Establishing and expanding the list of clients
  • Checking the arrivals list in cooperation with the Sales Manager
  • Helping to plan and implement all Motel One sales activities, such as customer events and hotel tours
  • Gaining insights into new areas of activity by means of interdepartmental cooperation

Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Ideally have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have some professional sales experience or be looking for a change of career
  • Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
  • Have excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
  • Have a persuasive personality and enjoy active selling
  • Enjoy working in multicultural teams and be willing to cooperate across departments

Skills Required

  • Completed apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or professional sales experience, or seeking a career change
  • Open and communicative with a positive attitude
  • Excellent manners and strong negotiation skills
  • Persuasive personality and enjoyment of active selling
  • Ability and willingness to work in multicultural teams and cooperate across departments
