Your Next Dream Job Awaits:

Collaborate Globally & Build Partnerships: Work closely with the global sales development team and maintain close collaboration with account management and marketing teams through clear, confident communication to build strong cross-functional partnerships.

Generate & Manage Leads: Generate and qualify new leads (inbound and outbound), convert them into opportunities, and actively participate in the sales process, managing leads created as part of the campaigns.

Promote Cytric & Support Campaigns: Promote Cytric through direct contacts, virtual and physical events, as well as webinars, and support marketing campaigns.

Track Progress & Exceed Metrics: Update and report on lead progression and target account activities, and achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics.

Engage in Sales Process: Actively participate in the sales process, managing leads created as part of the campaigns, and report on the campaign progress daily by logging activities performed in the CRM.

Who Are We Looking For?

Sales Experience & Industry Knowledge: 1-3 years of sales experience in the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry, with an understanding of the travel industry and/or prior experience within that industry being a plus.

Team Player & Communicator: Good communicator and a team player, able to build strong cross-functional partnerships.

Organized & Proactive: Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, with a proactive, driven, and ‘can do’ attitude.

Customer-Centric: Strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Bilingual Skills: Fluency in German required, with excellent verbal and written skills, plus excellent English communication.
