What will the role be about
Develops the customer and prospect portfolio
Promotes and enhances the product/service to customers and prospects
Prospects and responds to inquiries of interest
Takes part in trade fairs
Carries out weekly visits and targets qualified files in the CRM
Reports on sales activity (CRM reporting, creation of prospects, updating of prospect information)
Identifies needs and potential for developing the fleet and the entire cold chain with customers
Identifies the problems encountered by customers, their economic environment and their technical needs
Sells effective solutions to customers based on the opportunities identified
Promotes and boosts the sales offer as part of regular prospecting
Organizes the prospecting tour using the company's tools, "discovery meetings"
Makes rental offers from the sales proposal to the contract via CRM
Gets the contract signed and ensures that it is uploaded into the software tools
Transmits the sale file to the branch for contract management.
Ensures seamless delivery of vehicle to client
Monitors customer satisfaction and reports any anomalies
Interacts with operational staff and support functions in the event of an incident and/or changes in requirements
Who are we looking for
You have knowledge of prospecting techniques, negotiation, and sales development but also an awareness of the importance of customer follow-up.
Good knowledge of MS Office and business management software.
You have communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
You must have previous experience in a sales position. Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
A driving license is required as regular travel is expected.
