About the Role & Team
The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the operational and client-facing aspects of advertising sales for Now TV. From the contract stage to the final airings, this role ensures that all elements of the ad sales are executed smoothly, legally compliant, and aligned with client expectations. The Jr. Sales Executive plays a role in coordination with internal teams, agencies, and clients to deliver high-quality, on-air campaigns.
This role will be based in our Istanbul office, 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home.

What You Will Do
Prepare and present advertising deals/ proposals tailored to the needs of agencies and clients,
Coordinate with legal and broadcasting teams to verify and ensure advertising compliance before airing,
Assist in managing relationships with agencies and clients, serving as a point of contact for daily inquiries,
Actively research the market to identify potential new clients,
Ensure deliverables are met and optimization opportunities are identified,
Actively monitor weekly/monthly reports and post-campaign analysis,
Maintain strong communication with clients and agencies throughout the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Fluent in Turkish, strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities under time pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Excel to efficiently manage data analysis, tracking and forecasting.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Proactive, creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, focused on results, and a strong team player.
