Role Overview:

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Engineer focusing on Demo Environment Management. This role is a cornerstone in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring our demo environments are market leading. As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Sales team, focusing on the preparation and presentation of demo data and configuration settings to prospective clients. In this position, you'll be essential in managing and optimizing our sales demo environments, ensuring data completeness, creating engaging data stories, and maintaining our demo configurations. This role is vital for enhancing the effectiveness of our sales demonstrations and ultimately, our success in the market.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Data Completeness: Ensure all main entities in our demo environments are complete and up-to-date, with a keen focus on data integrity and relevance.
  • Data Story: Craft compelling data stories within our demo environments, incorporating real-life examples and maintaining synchronization with our data partners. Your work will bring our demos to life, showcasing the real-time effectiveness and quality of our solutions.
  • Demo Configuration: Uphold and implement Dynamo design principles across demo environments, adapting swiftly to market changes while supporting product managers in configuration tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and objectives, ensuring the demo is aligned with their needs.
  • Configure the software demo environment, including data setup, feature highlighting, and customization to showcase the product's capabilities effectively.
  • Present demo data and software configurations internally and externally during meetings or webinars, providing clear explanations and answering technical questions.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on software improvements based on client interactions and demo experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market challenges to continuously improve demo strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Direct experience within the alternative asset industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or similar role, ideally in software or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and the ability to learn and demonstrate new platforms quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear benefits for non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
