Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d) – FMCG & Prestige

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung führender Hersteller aus der FMCG- und Prestige-Branche
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Geschäftsbeziehungen im nationalen sowie internationalen Umfeld

  • Steuerung des gesamten Sales-Prozesses unter Nutzung moderner CRM-Tools
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung eines hohen Kundennutzens
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Abstimmung von Account-Strategien innerhalb interdisziplinärer Teams

Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung (1–3 Jahre) in FMCG, Sales, Einkauf oder Key Account Management
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (vorzugsweise Marketing, Sales, Handel oder vergleichbar)
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und hohe Kommunikations- sowie Präsentationsstärke
  • Proaktive, hands-on Mentalität mit klarer Ergebnisorientierung
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke
  • Gutes Verständnis für Handelsstrukturen und Entscheidungsprozesse im Handel
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gutes Zeit- und Projektmanagement
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen 37.400,00 EUR und 45.500,00 EUR. Die konkrete Gehaltseinstufung richtet sich nach relevanter Berufserfahrung, Qualifikation, Kompetenzen und internen Vergütungsstrukturen. Wir fördern Gehaltstransparenz und Chancengleichheit und treffen Vergütungsentscheidungen ausschließlich auf Basis objektiver und geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien. Zusätzlich kann für diese Position eine attraktive variable Vergütung mit relevantem Bonuspotenzial, beispielsweise in Form eines leistungs- oder vertriebsbezogenen Bonus, gewährt werden.

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years experience in FMCG, Sales, Purchasing, or Key Account Management
  • Completed degree (preferably Marketing, Sales, Commerce or comparable)
  • Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality with result orientation
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Good understanding of retail/trade structures and decision processes
  • Structured, independent working style combined with team capability
  • Very good time and project management
