Job DescriptionContacting and following up on leads generated by our Marketing team.
Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team.
Native-level English, additional EU languages are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work towards targets (no prior experience required).
Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.

- Fridays: 13:00 - 19:00H
- Saturdays: 12:30 - 18:30H (Rotating - Twice per month)
