The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy with sensitive high-volume data, deadline management, and collaboration with international teams and outsourced payroll providers.

Develop and execute social media strategy across multiple brands and markets. Build influencer, creator, affiliate, and brand partnership programs; support PR opportunities and regional events; monitor local market activity; ensure multilingual brand consistency; launch a new brand’s social presence; manage budgets, ROI reporting, and a junior team member.

Supports student recruitment growth across the Americas by managing agent and client relationships, identifying new partners, driving enrollments, delivering training, representing the company at industry events, and supporting regional sales and marketing initiatives. The role conducts market analysis, maintains CRM records, monitors KPIs, prepares forecasts, develops market collateral, and travels to strategic cities. Fluency in English and Spanish and authorization to work in Colombia are required.

Support the Accounting and Finance team by posting journal entries, maintaining accounts payable and receivable records, performing reconciliations, and assisting with accounting projects. The intern will gain hands-on finance experience in an international environment while developing professional skills through coaching and mentorship.

Analyze marketing, lead generation, CRM and web analytics to generate insights and growth opportunities. Build dashboards and reports, validate data sources, communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and support optimization and predictive modeling to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
