Lead the Berlin Alpadia language school with full P&L responsibility, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, academic quality, team development, accreditation compliance, student experience, and stakeholder engagement.

Part-time Accounts Payable Intern will post and process journal entries, update accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and support accounting/finance projects while learning from the team in an international environment.

Provide accounting support to the Accountant Manager: review and code invoices (Basware), process allocations and intercompany transactions, assist with recharges, reconcile accounts, control credit card expenses and accruals, help maintain fixed asset register and prepayments, support balance sheet clean-up and ad-hoc tasks.

Support accounting operations by posting journal entries, updating accounts payable/receivable, performing reconciliations, and assisting the Accounting & Finance team on projects while learning finance processes in an international environment.

Analyze marketing, lead generation, CRM and web analytics to generate insights and growth opportunities. Build dashboards and reports, validate data sources, communicate recommendations to stakeholders, and support optimization and predictive modeling to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Manage all airport and train-station student transfers for UK language camps. Recruit, train and lead the transfer team; liaise with transfer providers, camps, and customer care; handle student/parent queries and complaints; ensure safeguarding, accurate administration, and timely communication to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
