About the Role
NetGain Technologies is looking for a Junior RMM Administrator to help manage our Remote Monitoring and Management platforms and build automation for workstations and laptops.
Working alongside our RMM Administrator, this position will use PowerShell and RMM tools to automate routine tasks, improve endpoint consistency, support patching and monitoring, and reduce manual work for our service teams. It is a great opportunity for someone with IT support or endpoint experience who wants to grow deeper technical skills in automation and RMM administration.
What You'll Do
- * Build and maintain PowerShell scripts and endpoint automations.
- * Support workstation and laptop setup, software deployment, patching, monitoring, and remediation.
- * Help administer RMM and management tools, including N-able N-central, Auvik, Report Manager, NinjaOne RMM
- and Bright Gauge.
- * Monitor and respond to RMM alerts and troubleshoot agent, device, and deployment issues.
- * Test automations before deployment and maintain clear technical documentation.
- * Work with service desk and engineering teams to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- * Support endpoint inventory, security remediation, and overall platform health
What We're Looking For
- * 1-2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, endpoint administration, or a similar role.
- * Hands-on experience supporting Windows workstations and laptops.
- * Foundational PowerShell skills and an interest in scripting and automation.
- * Familiarity with RMM, Microsoft Intune, or other endpoint management tools.
- * Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP.
- * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- * MSP experience is helpful but not required.
No degree is required. We're looking for practical technical ability, curiosity, good judgment, and someone who is ready to continue building their skills.
