Junior Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Description

This is a great, entry-level opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented graduate, who wants to start their career in an international tech company.

At SUSE, we deeply value our partnerships and recognize they are crucial to helping enterprises achieve their IT objectives. We invest directly and indirectly in our ecosystem to ensure we meet our partners' needs and accelerate their SUSE-enabled solution business. A core component of this investment is our Market Development Fund (MDF) program. We are seeking a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst/ MDF Coordinator to assist the Global MDF Program Manager in the day-to-day administration, tracking, and operational support of our global MDF program.

Reporting Line & Authority

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the MDF Manager/Global Partner Programs Operations Manager.

Authority Level: This is an operational support role with no direct financial approval or budget allocation authority. The Coordinator performs preliminary compliance reviews and routes files to the MDF Manager or Finance for final sign-off.

What You''ll Do:

In this role, you will be the engine behind the daily administrative operations of the fund, ensuring partners' claims are organized and compliant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Portal & Tool Administration: Function as the first-line administrator for our online MDF portal. Troubleshoot basic user-access issues for partners and liaise with portal vendors to log technical tickets and track their resolution.

  • Fund Tracking & Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date tracking of partner budget requests, preliminary compliance logs, and claim histories. Ensure all transactional data is accurately recorded in our master dashboards.

  • First-Line Partner Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for partners navigating the MDF lifecycle, guiding them through established submission guidelines, timelines, and documentation requirements.

  • Data Compilation for Reporting: Compile, clean, and organize raw fund usage data into structured formats to support the MDF Manager during quarterly review cycles and executive reporting.

  • Finance & AP Coordination: Maintain daily operational communication with SUSE Finance and Accounts Payable teams to track the payment status of claims that have received final approval from management.

  • Process Feedback: Identify recurring bottlenecks or confusion in the partner journey and escalate recommendations to the MDF Manager for program optimization.

  • Partner Team Support: Assist colleagues as needed in their operational duties.

What You'll Bring:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, alongside ideally an internship experience in a coordinator, operations, or administrative role.

  • Technical skills: High proficiency with Google Workspace; especially Google Sheets (alternatively Microsoft Excel) for sorting, filtering, organizing data, and using foundational formulas.

  • Comfortable learning, navigating, and performing data-entry within online software tools, databases, or partner portals.

  • Business Acumen: Basic foundational understanding of marketing concepts and corporate expense/reimbursement workflows.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication style in English

  • Collaborative, team-first attitude and a service-oriented approach to supporting partners.
