Job Summary
RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Relationship Manager, Mid Cap to join our Commercial Banking team. In this role, you will assist in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients. You will work closely with senior relationship managers to identify financial needs, present tailored banking solutions, and deliver exceptional service to help clients achieve their business goals while contributing to the bank’s revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Portfolio Management:
Assist in managing an assigned portfolio of mid-cap clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Credit Analysis & Underwriting:
Conduct thorough financial analysis, evaluate creditworthiness, and assist in preparing high-quality credit proposals and reviews in compliance with the bank's credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Risk Management:
Monitor client accounts and industry trends proactively to identify potential credit risks and ensure timely portfolio reviews.
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial banking, corporate lending, or credit analysis. Experience dealing with mid-cap/SME segments is highly advantageous.
Skills:
Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, credit structuring, and commercial banking products.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with business clients.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and sound credit judgment.
Certifications:** Professional qualifications such as Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or Chartered Banker (CB) are a plus.
