Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads on various platforms.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
- A passion for recruitment and helping others find their ideal job.
