Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
  • A passion for recruitment and helping others find their ideal job.
