-JD for recruitment to be Collected from concern HOD & Directors
-Recruitment End to end (Sourcing/Screening/Interview Schedule)
-Data fill in smart office application in details- All personal/Official Information of Application
-Coordination with HOD/ Candidates
-Day to day update Interview Schdule Report & interview Status report
-After Selection Process - Email to candidates for Credentials
-After Selection Process - Take CTC Structure from Sr. HR & then take approval on CTC from concern Directors.
-Assist to Jyotee/Pandey Sir / Sr Recruiter
SECONDARY (Weekly/Monthly Activities)
-Submission of Interview Schedule / Interview Status / Hot Job Posting / Current Requirement Reports weekly to Varun Sir .

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience or focus in Manufacturing / Engineering industry
- Sourcing junior and mid-level profiles
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
- Collect job descriptions from HODs and Directors
- Maintain detailed candidate data in Smart Office application
- Coordinate with HODs and candidates
- Provide daily interview schedule and status reports
- Handle post-selection communications and credential collection
- Support CTC structuring and obtain director approval
- Assist Senior Recruiter and designated HR leads
- Submit weekly reports (interview schedule/status, hot job postings, current requirements)
