What you’ll do:
• Full-cycle recruitment: From crafting eye-catching job posts to leading interviews that dig deep into skills and personality. You’ll be at the center of the action!
• Talent attraction: Be the face of BGSW at job fairs, universities, and tech conferences—network, connect, and bring in the best!
• Preboarding & Onboarding: Ensure our new hires feel welcome from day one with seamless onboarding processes.
• Data-driven recruiting: Analyze recruitment KPIs to help us get even better at what we do.
• Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers and teams to meet their hiring needs.
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
• Experience in recruiting for industries like IT, Automotive, or Manufacturing.
• A love for embedded systems and a solid understanding of what makes these tech roles tick.
• You’ve used LinkedIn (and other job boards) to find top talent.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in consulting before!
