About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Junior R&D Technologist to make a difference in our organization. This position lies within the Northern Europe R&D team. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting to the R&D Meals Futures Manager Northern Europe.
Get ready for working as a proactive contributor, getting projects delivered and collaborating with internal and external partners. The job holder will work in a multi-skilled team and will effectively collaborate across functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Technically implement NPD, Value Engineering & Supply Chain projects through R&D governance
- Complete projects from consumer concepting and prototyping until industrialization and product launch.
- Execute category technology program, consolidating technical expertise and delivering future proof technical enablers.
- Collaborate with external partners about co-creations and projects, in line with strategy needs and building strong network
- Connect with International BUs for projects alignments, portfolio management and knowledge/best practice sharing
Qualifications
Hard Skills
- Degree in Food Science &Technology (or equivalent in related field as Biology, Chemistry, Engineering)
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in food companies and product development.
- Ability to understand science & technology and translate in products solution, data driven decision maker
- Consumer focus, curious about trends and food innovations
- Great teammate, collaborative and emphatic.
- Creative, energetic & pragmatic.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
