Your Tasks

• Analyze the quality & performance of existing workflows and procedures
• Review & assess workflows and procedures and ensure that they are properly documented
• Create, update & maintain document database
• Quality control & Quality assurance
• Prepare reports & presentations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Perform extensive internal audits
• Conception & lead of process improvement
• Identify training needs & create training material
• Liaise with colleagues & provide trainings, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards

Your Profile

• Work experience in quality management or risk management or similar field
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as well as just as strong research and analytical skills
• Logical thinking & focused on details
• Project management skills are appreciated
• Ability to analyze & understand complex processes quickly
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly proactive approach
• Ability to conceive ideas and implement new processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German and French are considered as an asset
