Junior Quality Engineer – QMS and FEM
T
he Junior Quality Engineer - QMS and FEM is responsible for supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by monitoring processes, performance indicators, and continuous improvement actions, contributing to compliance with quality standards and FEM methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication related to FEM activities, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Participate in Tier operational meetings with various departments, following up on FEM-related topics.
- Report the status of layered process audits across all areas.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing FEM projects.
- Verify and follow up on findings and corrective actions resulting from 5S audits.
- Support the updating and control of Quality Management System documentation.
- Follow up on Corrective Actions.
- Respond to internal requests for documentation, records, evidence, and system-related information.
- Monitor the status of documents undergoing updates or approval processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience conducting or supporting audits.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills Required
