We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA and Product support specialist to join our dynamic team. You'll play an important role in ensuring the quality and stability of our products by designing, executing, and automating rigorous testing procedures. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to our product's success.
Responsibilities:
Write test cases throughout the development lifecycle of complex web applications
Create and manage the required documentation
Participate in sprint planning activities
Collaborate with QA team members to plan schedule collectively and perform tests
Setup and configure test environments and import test data
Perform API Testing
Work closely with the development team to perform early testing on components before integration builds
Manage and monitor defect tracking and proactively identify risks to management
Report QA status, to keep project stakeholders informed on deliverables and timelines
Staying up-to-date on the latest QA trends and best practices.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in manual QA position
Experience in web, mobile applications testing
Experience on back-end testing including APIs
Experience in creating test cases
Knowledge of QA and software development lifecycle, methodology and processes
Knowledge of programming languages will be an asset
Excellent communication skills
English language skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2 nose hole availability is mandatory
