Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field or undergoing Bachelor Degree in 1st or 2nd grade;
An understanding of public procurement processes and regulations in Lithuania is preferred, but not mandatory;
Excellent organizational skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, while familiarity with tender submission platforms is an advantage;
High level of attention to detail and responsible attitude to work;
Ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse offices;
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently;
Fluency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English;
Available to work part-time 4h per day from Monday to Friday.
You will:
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring all documents are compliant with the requirements and are submitted within specified deadlines;
Assist in the search for experts according to given criteria;
Regularly monitor and analyze the list of tenders published by Central Public Procurement Information System;
Assist the senior colleagues in local tender application preparation (ensuring compliance with the tender requirements, communication with other offices, preparing applications, searching for partner companies, etc.);
Prepare and regularly update the status of tender submissions in the database/dashboard;
Maintain an organized database of all tender documents and related correspondence;
Submit the requested tasks and deliverables on time and within the standard required;
Ensure strict confidentiality of all tender-related information.
