Join the team working on Allegro's strategic project! Take part in the process of shaping our users' experience by professionalizing our Product Catalog. Take care of the highest quality of data with us, so the customer will be able to reach the desired assortment and enjoy the purchased goods, sellers will be able to easily issue their offers and we will be able to run effective, automatic internal processes.
Full-time (replacement contract)
What does this role involve?
- You will join the team responsible for the development of the Allegro Product Catalog
- You will support the team in daily operational work and conceptual and strategy planning within your project
- You will be responsible for active development of the project in which you will be involved, to ensure best possible efficiency and to minimize the arising risks
- You will collaborate with technical teams, data analysts, business area teams and external parties
- You will be involved in project from other areas, giving you the possibility to understand how the Allegro platform works
This is the right job for you, if:
- You have experience working with large data sets (product databases preferred)
- You are familiar with the specifics of the eCommerce industry
- You have the ability to pay attention to detail
- You are open-minded, not thinking in a rigid way, looking for new solutions
- You are not afraid to experiment and base decisions on verified data (finding and analyzing different possible scenarios for solving the problem, proposing the best solution with optimal expected result)
- You understand the opportunities behind machine learning techniques and the potential of algorithms to work on functionalities
- You effectively collaborate with other team members
- You have a developed sense of responsibility for the assigned tasks
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English (at least B2 level)
The following are also a plus:
- Knowledge of the functionalities available on Allegro is welcome
- Working at a startup or tech company will be an added advantage
- Analytical skills including knowledge of SQL, Python etc.
