Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Job Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Main Responsibilities:
Support delivery of Huawei projects (engineering, integration, civil and installation work
Overall project coordination including client relationship, implementation schedule, vendor management, budgetary control and project quality assurance
Project implementation planning including service procurement and human resources
Project data updates in internal systems, following internal procedures
Support project revenue and billing triggers
Monitor project cost and provide related analyses
Project Management Office KPI and SLA monitoring
Understand the internal processes and provide process advice to Project Managers
Regular communication with regional and HQ processes, tools and PMO organizations
Requirements:
Technical University education in civil works, electrical, telco or similar field
Good knowledge of MS Office is a must, advanced MS Excel skills are an advantage
Basic knowledge of Telco products, mobile communication and IT technologies preferred – not mandatory
Good knowledge of English
Fluent Czech/Slovak language is a must
Understanding of Project management principles
Good analytical skills, problem solving skills
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and learn new tools and processes
