Job Description
As a Junior Project Manager, you will:
Support the delivery of industrial and commercial projects from start to finish
Take part in both people and project management – both are equally important in this role
Split your time between the office and project sites (approximately 50/50)
Work closely with a highly experienced team of designers and technical experts
What We're Looking For
Technical education (e.g. technical high school, VUT, ČVUT, or equivalent)
Fluent Czech or Slovak (essential for working with local suppliers and contractors)
Good English (spoken and written) – fluency isn't required; you’ll use it daily and improve quickly
Previous experience in Industrial or Commercial project management is a plus, but attitude and motivation matter most
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
