We will count on you to:
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of events and conferences across the region, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams — including business leaders, marketing, and event operations — to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality events.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (mostly virtually) and lead meetings to advance projects.
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely project execution.
- Support regional leaders on key growth initiatives such as new solution launches and building internal communities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Manage invoicing and other administrative tasks related to projects.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.
What you need to have:
- Minimum 2 years experience of hands-on experience in a multinational company
- Proficiency in English is a must, enabling clear communication with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for successful event execution
- Experience working with virtual teams and the ability to coordinate their efforts effectively
- Expertise in using Excel and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and presentation purposes
