As a Junior Project Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of real estate development and fit-out projects, supporting their delivery from early feasibility and technical advisory through to execution and handover.You will work alongside experienced project managers, gaining exposure to client interaction, project coordination and technical aspects of the role. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to build a strong foundation in project management within the real estate and construction sector.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support project delivery across development, refurbishment and fit-out projects
Assist in managing scope, cost, programme, quality and risk under guidance of senior colleagues
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Support procurement processes and documentation
Participate in client meetings and help prepare reports and presentations
Assist with Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assignments (experience in TDD is a strong advantage)
Monitor project progress and flag risks or issues to senior team members
Contribute to maintaining project documentation and administrative processes
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or similar
0–3 years of experience in real estate, construction or project management (internships included)
Interest in real estate development and project delivery
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Fluent in Swedish and good command of English
Exposure to or interest in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) is a strong plus
