About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience managing projects in the Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role primarily involves supporting, managing, and coordinating managed service, support, and implementation projects for our clients, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business continuity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and gain exposure to diverse projects while developing project management skills in a structured environment

Essential Functions

• Assist in planning, executing, and managing D365FO or any ERP projects—primarily in managed services, support, and implementation engagements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Support the tracking of project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates, handling queries, and managing expectations
• Facilitate periodic project reviews, governance calls, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation including charters, plans, schedules, issue logs, and status reports
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and change management protocols
• Support escalation management and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of project management experience in D365FO or any ERP
• Strong exposure to managed service, support, and/or implementation projects in ERP environments
• Good understanding of D365FO modules, integrations, and deployment lifecycles
• Awareness of issue tracking, support processes, and client reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines effectively
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation
• Proactive, self-driven, and willing to take ownership
• Adaptable to changing environments and client demands
• Team player with a collaborative approach
