MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be supporting the planning, coordination, and monitoring of software development and consulting projects for financial intermediaries.
The role involves participation in initiatives aimed at:
- defining and implementing organizational development;
- reviewing and formalizing policies, procedures, and processes;
- developing methodologies and measurement tools to assess the alignment of results with organizational and project objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Management, Management Engineering, or related fields
- Previous experience in Project Management, even if short, will be considered a plus
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and engage in structured discussions
