As a Junior Project Manager you will take on Arrears Management projects to deliver every project on time, within budget, and within scope. You will also build positive long-term relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Manage technology projects and coordinate project teams, ensuring quality delivery of financial business solutions.
  • Manage the project team, establish, document, and agree on concise requirements to define the project scope and the expected deliverables.
  • Identify and manage the project stakeholders’ expectations dynamics.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Project Delivery Lifecycle Management process and adapt it to the project’s environment.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and control project threats and opportunities, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints, and ensure adequate mitigation actions and contingency planning.
  • Identify and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, complying with the Company’s Change Management process.
  • Align stakeholders and influence decision processes, determine success metrics, and track against milestones.
  • Develop effective presentations and status reports to communicate project status to key stakeholders (Customer executives & Company C level).
  • Cooperate with Account Managers and Technical Division Supervisors on projects’ status and challenges.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in leading software application projects, preferably in the Banking or Finance sectors, as a Project Manager.
  • MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field are considered a plus.
  • PMP or Prince II certification is considered a plus.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Client-facing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to change.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Teamwork skills to coordinate virtual teams in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Working experience with Jira Software is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Loans Delinquency & Recovery processes is considered a plus.
  • Experience in Banking / Financial Services industries is considered a plus.
  • Ability to travel abroad (occasionally).
