- Define User experience flow on WEB/APP
- Define features, components, input and output of product
- Support software engineers to clarify scopes
- Manage ticket from design to delivery
- Communication support between Engineer and UI Designer, based on UX and its feature's understanding
- Lead scrum events
- Process thinking & Problem solving ability
- Communication skills in English
- Procedural thinking skills to create a proper IT solution and deliver it to IT engineers
- Ability and knowledge that finding a suggestions for better service and its process based on market, competitor and VOC analysis
- Basic understanding following softwares: Jira, Notion and Google Spreadsheets
- Experience or knowledge Java Script and SQL (prefer)
- Basic knowledge about scrum methodology
