SUMMARY OF ROLE HERE
- Manage projects aspects and daily coordination including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging the meetings, coordinate activities and resources, developing agendas, communicate to internal and external clients, etc.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, project reports, power point presentation/slides, creating powerpoint decks.
What you’ll do
Assist in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets,
and staffing requirements.Coordinate requests to expedite approvals.
Coordinate Sales support activities consisting of business requests, RFPs to ensure that they are delivered following the company’s standards.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project management objectives, project scope and other
requirements.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any risks or issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles.
Communicate to internal and external clients.
Prepare progress reports, project forecasts, activity dashboards, etc.
Assimilation and coordination of power point presentation/slides, creating power point
decks.
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s degree from College or University
- English advanced level written and spoken
- Project Management certification desired (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- 2 yeas of experience in a similar role
