Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify and assess project risks, implementing strategies to minimize their impact.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Prepare status reports, communicate progress, and address any issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in engineering or project management roles
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
