The Role:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning, tracking, and execution of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Tech, Data, and cross-functional teams, you will help align stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and according to goal. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and adaptable individual eager to grow in Project Management, Agile, and Continuous Improvement within a fast-paced environment.
What will you do:
- Track assigned projects end-to-end, maintaining project plans, milestones, commitments, and status updates.
- Lead follow-up meetings, align cross-functional teams, document agreements, and ensure clear communication across departments.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating them when necessary to keep projects moving.
- Maintain updated project tools, build executive status reports, and help uphold portfolio documentation standards.
- Gather requirements, support testing and post-implementation follow-ups, and contribute to continuous improvement, process automation, and KPI tracking.
What we are looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Tech, or continuous improvement (internships, university projects, or trainee programs included).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics/Finance, Tech, or related fields.
- Core understanding of Project Management, Agile/Scrum, and Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); basic knowledge of data analysis, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced English with strong skills to comfortably lead meetings, draft communications, and prepare documentation.
- Strong ownership, high proactive drive, excellent organization, and the adaptability to navigate changing priorities in a dynamic business context.
