About us:

BetterMe — an all-in-one well-being ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.

Your impact:

  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data on the status and progress of development teams' projects.
  • Oversee correct logging of completed work so that historical data reflects real timelines and scope, rather than distorting the picture for future analysis and planning.
  • Build and maintain up-to-date plans for teams across short-term (2-week) and mid-term (2-month) horizons.
  • Ensure alignment between teams' day-to-day operations and the company's long-term plans and commitments.
  • Identify discrepancies between the actual state of work and data in planning systems, and resolve them proactively.
  • Over time, contribute to prioritization decisions and help teams focus on the tasks with the greatest business impact.

About you:

  • At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with large volumes of diverse data.
  • Ability to structure unstructured information into clear, understandable plans and timelines.
  • Experience working with Jira or similar project management systems (or readiness to quickly learn one).
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented — you're focused on seeing initiatives through, not just tracking status.
  • Willingness to dive deep into technical processes and development terminology.
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) in English.

Will be a plus:

  • Relevant courses or education in analytics, project management, or IT.
  • Experience in QA, development, or related technical roles.
  • Familiarity with long-term planning tools (roadmap tools, Jira Product Discovery, etc.).
