We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.
Mission:
Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization.
Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectives
- Lead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving the different business areas
- Understand and analyze current business flows in order to design a TO BE through performing process mapping and gap analysis to cover gaps, identify areas of improvement and enhance user experience
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, ppts and user manuals
- Participate in the development and execution of business transformation project’s testing, ensuring quality and performance
- Collaborate with the Project Manager ensuring compliance with timelines and successful delivery
- Participate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish business
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training and change management.
Experience and skills:
- 1+ years of previous experience as project manager, business analyst or consultant

Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Quick learning ability
- Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities
- Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel
- Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- English both writing and speaking fluent
