Overview

At PGA TOUR Superstore, we’re always looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individuals who will share a passion for helping transform our business. As one of the fastest growing specialty retailers, we’re dedicated to hiring selfless team players from different backgrounds to influence the growth of our organization. Part of the Arthur M. Blank Family of Businesses, PGA TOUR Superstore continuously strives to create a family culture for our Associates – driven by our vision to inspire people through golf and tennis.

Position Summary

The Creative team at PGA TOUR Superstore produces the work that shows up everywhere our customers do, from email and social to TikTok, in-store signage, and retail activations. As our Project Manager, you’ll be the person who keeps that work moving: opening jobs, building realistic timelines, routing assets to the right designers and copywriters, and making sure nothing slips between the cracks.

You’ll sit at the center of the department, partnering closely with the Creative Director and marketing stakeholders to turn a packed request list into a calm, on-time pipeline. This is a great role for someone early in their career who is hyper-organized, loves a well-run process, and wants to learn how a high-output creative team operates from the inside.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Open and set up creative projects — gathering briefs, assets, and requirements before work kicks off so the team starts with everything it needs.
  • Build and maintain project timelines and the department’s master schedule, balancing competing deadlines across campaigns and channels.
  • Route (“traffic”) work between designers, copywriters, video, and stakeholders — tracking each job through concept, review, revisions, and final delivery.
  • Run daily and weekly status check-ins and keep the project management tool (e.g., Asana) accurate and up to date as the single source of truth.
  • Coordinate review and approval rounds, consolidating feedback clearly so creatives aren’t chasing conflicting notes.
  • Flag bottlenecks, capacity issues, and at-risk deadlines early, and help the Creative Director reprioritize when plans change.
  • Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and asset libraries so finished work is easy to find and reuse.
  • Help intake and triage incoming creative requests, asking the right clarifying questions before a job enters the queue.
  • Support the team with logistics, meeting scheduling, deadline reminders, and light reporting on workload and throughput.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, traffic, production, or a similar role (agency, in-house creative team, or marketing department a plus).
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you naturally track many moving pieces without dropping any.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable nudging, following up, and keeping people accountable in a friendly way.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Workfront, Trello, or similar) and an eagerness to become the team’s power user.
  • A calm, proactive temperament under deadline pressure and a genuine enthusiasm for creative work.
  • Exposure to creative production workflows and basic familiarity with how design, copy, and video assets come together is preferred.
  • Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand marketing is preferred.
  • An interest in golf or sports retail (not required), but a love of the game is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Monday – Friday onsite, based out of our Roswell, GA Store Support Center. Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.

Travel:

  • 5% of travel is required.
