Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Engineering Management, Economics, Computer Science, Management or related fields
  • Basic understanding of Project Management principles and practices
  • Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Powerpoint)

Responsibilities and Main Duties

As PMO Assistant, the candidate will directly support the CoE Senior Manager and the PMO Analyst with planning and execution of IT CoE initiatives.

The candidate will provide:

1.Administrative assistance, maintaining project documentation and facilitating communication between all the stakeholders;

2.Support to the PMO Analyst with the tracking of status updates and monitoring of timelines and deadlines within the established tools and practices;

3.Support to the Project Team with the development of documents/report related to CoE Project initiatives towards all key stakeholders;

4.Act as a liaison and point of contact role with CoE members for several operational tasks (ex. timesheet reporting).
