Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Team in coordinating the software development projects, tracking project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between Project Team Members .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Projects.
- Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed be the team as per defined timelines.
- Maintain daily and weekly project status updates.
- Organize and manage project using tools such as JIRA, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Tracking sprint activities, backlog updates, and task assignments.
- Support Project Managers in monitoring project scope, risks, and timelines.
Requirements & Skills
- 0.6 - 2 years of experience in the IT industry in roles such as Project Coordinator, QA Engineer, or Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Development Processes and familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
- Good to have hands-on experience to project management tools such as JIRA, Notion, Trello, Asana, or Confluence.
- Must have experience / knowledge of project documentation, task tracking, reporting, and sprint coordination.
- Must have ability to understand and interpret project data, reports, and metrics for effective tracking and decision-making.
- Must have the basic understanding of calculations related to Project Business and Business Logics.
- Must have the ability to grasp and validate business logic, workflows and functional requirements in coordination with project team.
- Drive R&D initiatives to address project complexities and enhance performance, efficiency, and product quality.
- Must have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills and logical skills.
Skills Required
- 0.6 - 2 years of experience in IT roles such as Project Coordinator, QA Engineer, or Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
