Job Description

As a Junior Programmer you will be involved in development of projects for internal clients and will provide quality coding to support PSI business processes and operations. Working primarily on the client side of business application, you'll be translating the company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Full-time employment in Kazakhstan

  • Process user requests for developing of new and support for existing applications
  • Develop and maintain client-side of applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
  • Ensure new applications align with existing design concepts and schemes
  • Understand and work with C#, .NET, and SQL to connect client-side applications with server-side logic
  • Follow the development standards applied within the department
  • Track the development, maintenance and related tasks in Jira
  • Execute and implement software tests, participate in code reviews
  • Follow the progress of systems development technologies and advance professional skills as necessary

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated experience of developing web applications
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for design
  • Demonstrated knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL
  • Knowledge and experience with Blazor is a plus
  • Ability to write high-quality, efficient and easily testable code
  • Familiarity with software analysis, testing and debugging code
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Team-oriented, deadline-driven, with good communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
