Junior Program Manager
Introduction:
We are hiring a Junior Program Manager to support the governance of Market Intelligence Program. The role combines required leadership reporting, P&L and program objectives monitoring; and combines program and product management skills to support the governance and the execution of the growth strategies of the Program.
The Market Intelligence Program is part of Services organization and provides customers with access to Mastercard's proprietary data, industry expertise, thought leadership, and business intelligence capabilities. It owns the MBI marketplace with 40+ products, an AI-powered solutions Ask Mastercard Intelligence (AMI) and several products.
Role Overview:
- Maintain program governance processes, including objectives reporting, milestone & KPIs monitoring, P&L monitoring
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, program updates, and leadership communications
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic Market Intelligence initiatives
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback, usage trends, and business metrics to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Assist with operational processes, audits, documentation management, and compliance activities
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive follow-up on action items
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance program scalability, efficiency, and transparency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (if combined with governance experience
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Product Management, Consulting, or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work effectively across functions and with stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment

Pay Ranges
Rome, Italy: €45,000 - €72,000 EUR

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (with governance experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Product Management, Consulting, or similar role
