As a Junior Program Coordinator, you will promote our EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local and Global Sales Teams. You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Drive Sales: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategy of our programs 
  • Customer Service: Being the first point-of-contact for our customers on their journey with us, ensuring all communication is clear and all questions are answered quickly with top customer service every time. 

  • Administrative Tasks: Keep our internal sales database and all communications both internally and externally organized and clear for efficient work and easy accessibility to information 
  • Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound communication and calls daily to potential students 
  • Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team goals with a positive, competitive attitude 
  • Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year 
  • Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse office and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experience 

 

What Were Looking For: 

  • Full fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus! 
  • All additional languages are a plus!
