We are looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our Product Management Team in Milan.
You’ll play a key role supporting technical product development, pre-sales activities and customer engagement.
Your responsibilities
- Assist product managers in researching and analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes and customer needs;
- Gather and organize product information and specifications;
- Develop and maintain product documentation (e.g. presentations, user guides);
- Collaborate to making and delivering pre-sales presentations, demos and proposals;
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries;
- Promote products and build relationships with potential customers at trade shows and events;
- Interaction with the internal development team to transfer technical requirements;
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science,…);
- Excellent relational and analytical skills:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Ability to work in a team and detail-oriented approach
- Fluency in Italian and English
- EU Work Permit
- 1 / 2 years’ experience in Product Management area within an IT company is a plus;
