The Junior Product Owner serves as a liaison between the business unit and the technology department, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated and translated into functional requirements. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent communication level both in English and Romanian
  • One to Three years of experience in business analysis, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
