The Opportunity
As a Junior Product Specialist, you play a key role in making sure our digital products are accurately set up, launched on time, and maintained across all markets. You will work within the Product Operations team, where precision, ownership, and structured execution is essential.
You translate supplier information into flawless product configurations in our internal systems and ensure every launch, update, and promotion goes live without issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is focusing on next steps in their early career: someone who is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
What You'll Do
- Launch our continuously growing assortment across multiple labels and countries, following our roadmap and agreed timelines
- Daily monitoring and improving order fulfilment rates, managing stock availability, and providing ad hoc support with inquiries
- Lead optimization projects to ensure a smooth operational machine
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Category Managers and our Content Team, as well as external stakeholders including suppliers and brand partner
- Act as first responder to our customer support team to ensure flawless delivery to the end user.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in assortment management, digital product delivery, or e-commerce operations
- Proficient in PIM software (preferably Akeneo), with Tableau, OMS, Confluence, Jira, and AI tools as a bonus
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills with a business-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to tight deadlines and last-minute changes
Skills Required
- 2+ years in assortment management, digital product delivery, or e-commerce operations
- Proficient in PIM software (preferably Akeneo)
