Junior Product & Operations Associate
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Product Manager & Operations Associate to join our team!
This role is ideal for an Industrial Engineering and Management graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in product operations while supporting product-related tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily product operations, including data collection, documentation, and process coordination.
- Support product managers with research, feature tracking, and user feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product-related tasks.
- Handle operational and administrative tasks to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Monitor product performance metrics and assist in generating reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with product tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) – a plus!
- Native English level is a must
