You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Platform Services with tech products/solutions, contributing to the success of ZALORA Platform Services across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and enhancement of our tech platform that connects ZALORA and Brand Partners, ensuring efficient coordination of warehouse operations, inventory, and customer orders.
- Act as a point of contact for Brand Partners regarding technology-related inquiries about warehouse operations (inbound/outbound, picking, packing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business stakeholders, to align technical development with business needs.
- Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, both technical and non-technical.
- Contribute to optimizing user experience, features, and workflows across the tech platform connecting ZALORA, Brand Partners, and warehouse management systems.
- Continuously learn and support tech improvements to fulfillment processes to drive business and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Understanding of e-commerce concepts; experience or coursework in warehouse management or supply chain is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is preferred.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and take a hands-on approach to understanding fulfillment processes and technology.
