RVO Health is looking for a Associate, Product Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our industry leading tobacco cessation product. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our cessation product.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

- Collaborate with Product Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals.
- Collaborate with Product Manager to develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and integrations needed for the referral management system.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity development methodologies and experience working with development teams to deliver software solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Starting Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
