- Complete requirement analysis and create PRD
- Define product release scope and roadmap, track Product Board and JIRA
- Define and track the release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team
- Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design
- Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs
- Perform product demos to field teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Collect product feedback and keep improving the product
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related majors
- Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
- Knowing Google Workspace or Salesforce platform would be preferred
- Having AI work experience and a basic understanding, or having studied AI before, is a plus point
