In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our product management team with a focus on the Covetrus Brand portfolio. You'll assist in developing market-driven product ranges, overseeing their lifecycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Covetrus Brand Product Management team to align with broader brand and company objectives.
  • Review and identify opportunities within the current product portfolio, which includes Consumables, Small Equipment, Instruments, and Health & Wellness products.
  • Support new product development and drive the process forward.
  • Help manage the removal of obsolete or underperforming products.
  • Track and share product-related information with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining consistent and accurate master product data across local markets.

Pricing and Customer Feedback:

  • Recommend pricing strategies aligned with market trends.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance existing products and uncover new opportunities.

Marketing and Communication Support

  • Provide insights for marketing campaigns and assist in their execution.
  • Ensure timely communication of product updates to internal teams.
  • Support local partner marketing teams in aligning strategies across regions.

Vendor Management and Supply Chain Support:

  • Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Contribute to vendor performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support communication regarding vendor contracts, demand forecasting, and promotions.

You 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Veterinary, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management within the Animal Health industry or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly skilled in spoken and written English.
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage complex workloads and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to acquire deep product knowledge and travel (5–20%).
  • A collaborative team player with coordination skills.
