Job Description:
What You'll Do

• Assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of new and existing product lines and develops or assists in developing and executing strategic product plans for key initiatives such as the introduction of new products, product line extensions, or product enhancements. Assist the team in achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance, and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

• Identify sources, monitor, analyze, and interpret key product performance metrics including financials, network volumes, other key statistics, and internal/external customer feedback trends, then develop and communicate findings, suggests and recommends performance improvements to support data driven business decisions.
• Partners with vendors and/or cross-functional internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology in the evaluation, development, management, and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.
• Manages and communicates scope, deliverables, timelines of projects and/or plans within pre-set budgets.
• Participates in Agile sprints, planning, and executions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery/Commercialization, Project Management, Payments Industry, Financial Services, Marketing, or related
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related including Product Management Experience

Bonus Points If You Have

• Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related
• 2+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, financial services or related
• 2+ years of experience in Agile methodology

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
