Key Activities
Creation and maintenance of product master data and SKUs.
Creation and management of Bills of Materials (BOMs), including fabrics, materials, trims, accessories and other product components.
Update product data and information according to changes occurring throughout the product development process.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of product information entered into company systems.
Collect and organize product information from Product Development, Production and external suppliers.
Support the management of documentation and operational activities related to product development.
Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to collect missing information and ensure product data is complete and updated on time.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and confidence in working with digital tools and systems.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and follow up effectively.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good knowledge of English.
Previous experience in Product Development, Product Data, PLM/PIM systems or within the fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory.
